Our support for Domains and DNS services ranges depending on the complexity of each case. However we do offer support where possible in addition to our support guides found on our website.
In some cases, if you would like assistance with advanced troubleshooting for your downstream services we may offer complex support as a once off fee discussed at that point in time.
Can I transfer existing domains to you?
Yes, you can transfer your domain to Delta Networks. Check your current registrar's transfer policy and follow the necessary steps provided by the new registrar.
Additionally we offer a $0 transfer fee for some domain TLDs!
How do I renew my domain registration?
We provide auto-renewal options. Ensure your payment information is up-to-date in order for your domain to renew before the expiration date.
Can I manage my DNS zones with you?
Yes, you certainly can. We offer a $0 inclusion to any domain order. DNS management is on your control panel for easy administration. Otherwise, you can point your domain to a different nameserver in order to administrate your DNS zone.

What is your refund policy?
